Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team. As a therapist with Hola Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based therapy services in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, person-centred, narrative, and trauma-informed models.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive and client-centered approach.
- Participate in regular clinical and peer supervision, as well as monthly team meetings, to ensure ongoing professional development and support.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counselling).
- Registration to practice with the relevant regulatory body.
- Fluency in English or Spanish.
- Experience working with diverse client populations, including those with trauma and complex mental health needs.
