Sales Team Manager

**Health Supply 770 Inc.** is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to play a crucial role in shaping and implementing effective sales strategies, setting objectives, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing support to help the team succeed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership, preferably in online sales environments.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
**Compensation:** Base salary + Commission
