">We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Lifeguard to join our team at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.

">The Ideal Candidate
">You have a passion for water safety and rescue techniques. You are confident, innovative, genuine, intuitive, and carry on the legacy of J.Willard Marriott. You possess CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and any other certification required by local and state agencies.
">Responsibilities
">As a Pool Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our guests in and around the pool area. You will observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling. You will also provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and a valid lifeguarding certification. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
