About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at BizLink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, from product development to production launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and technologies, and to improve existing processes.
  • Coordinate the production of samples and prototypes, and ensure their quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, including work instructions, quality procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide input for FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and participate in the collection and evaluation of data during statistical monitoring of processes.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to identify and resolve quality issues, and to implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, related to the job description.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing, with a strong understanding of technical documentation and communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the company.
