Key Objectives:
- Generate and fulfill Core Levis OTB
- Comply with the weekly PO emission plan for the Levis Core
- Improve inventory return policy for the Levis Core
- Improve inventory coverage of the Levis Core
- Improve E&O policy of the Levis Core
- Comply with and improve the $ inventory level policy based on current policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate planning of inventory requirements based on the demand plan for the Core catalog
- Issue purchase orders in a timely manner for your team based on the weekly requirements of PCONF / Issuance of POs
- Monthly consolidation of the OTB shopping plan for the Levis core products
- Track purchase orders from in order to avoid supply chain delays
- Monitor Ship Risk of the Core products as well as action plans to minimize risk levels
- Monthly consolidation, monitoring and improvement of E&O for the Core products
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of administration, bachelor in International Business
Years and Type of Experience Required: 3 years in related jobs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
SAP, APO, Excel, Power BI or business intelligence softwares, APICS certification is a plus
Complexity and Accountability: Responsible for the Inventory levels in Levis MX
Key partners & Interaction:
- Internal: Demand planning, Merchandising, Commercial, LTC
- External (if applicable): Vendors, SSM, Resource planning
