We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our Real Assets Data Operations Team, you will play a critical role in tracking commercial Real Estate market transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. No prior Real Estate experience is necessary, but a passion for data analysis and a willingness to learn are essential. Our structured training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing complex, high-volume data from various sources
  • Validating and entering data into our proprietary database, ensuring ongoing data integrity
  • Tracking and monitoring news sources and third-party data providers for commercial Real Estate transactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, methodology, and tools
  • Interpreting relevant information for each transaction by searching, validating, and recording accurate data into the Real Estate database
  • Researching missing information or discrepancies for existing Real Estate transactions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience in data research and using various data gathering methodologies
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Fast learner and strong logical thinker
  • Flexible to adapt to new challenges
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery
  • Strong interest in real estate
