We are looking for a Lead DRAM Verification Quality Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.



Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team to ensure DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements.


You will work with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate start-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
  • Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.
  • Author verification training programs.
  • Participate and audit verification activities and reviews.
  • Collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.
  • Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.
  • Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.
  • Translate strategy to action; influence, negotiation, change management, and presentation.
  • Develop an expert-level understanding in the DRAM circuit design and verification.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Acute project management skills.
  • Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA.


Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
