**Job Description**: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements. They will collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate cutting-edge verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
• Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions.
• Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.
• Author verification training programs.
• Participate and audit verification activities and reviews.
• Collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.
• Manage project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.
• Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations.
• Translate strategy to action; influence, negotiation, change management, and presentation.
• Develop expert-level understanding in DRAM circuit design and verification.
• Build, manage, and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: 5+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is also necessary. Additionally, effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills, excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills, as well as acute project management skills, are essential. Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA, is highly desirable.
**Estimated Salary**: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
