* Experience using software and AI tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, as well as managing vendors and offshore talent.
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to work US hours and manage teams across multiple time zones.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Familiarity with QuickBooks and HubSpot.
* Experience in the AI or high-technology sector.
* Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
