Element Fleet Management is seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential partners and suppliers.
  • Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers based on strategic fit, capabilities, and risk factors.
  • Monitor and assess performance of existing partners and supplier relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain management, and/or procurement.
  • Experience working with suppliers in the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of the Automotive Industry in Mexico.
