This role will focus on establishing and leading participant sourcing processes, developing user list management processes, consolidating and managing research participant panels, tracking metrics, and managing research tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of breaking down processes, identifying challenges, and delivering business improvements. They will be able to collaborate widely across the business, facilitate discussions, and engage with business and research managers in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement researcher enablement programs
- Establish and lead participant sourcing processes
- Develop user list management processes
- Consolidate and manage research participant panels
- Track metrics and manage research tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business improvements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in research operations program management
- 3+ years of experience working with research teams
- Experience recruiting participants for research studies
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to facilitate discussions and engage with business and research managers
