We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering implementation services to NetSuite customers in a post-sales context.
Key Responsibilities- Provide implementation services to new and existing NetSuite customers, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Document and validate customer business requirements, mapping them to NetSuite functionality to ensure seamless integration.
- Configure and customize the NetSuite application to meet customer business needs, driving business value and efficiency.
- Conduct consulting sessions, documenting meeting minutes and summaries to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Attend internal project meetings, providing status updates on progress and deliverables to ensure alignment and success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in a consulting firm or software provider, with 3+ years in a NetSuite Functional Consultant role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineer, or Management Information Systems, with a Master's degree or post-graduate a plus.
- Strong decision-making abilities, influencing customers to modify current business practices and managing scope and expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders.
