**The Role**:

The **Provisioning Documentation Specialist** is responsible for assigning facilities and documenting the services provisioned in the shortest time frame following our quality and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Document facilities and service details for monitoring purposes and post-sales support.

• Provide technical support to the Network Operations Center (NOC) or Engineering teams when needed.

• Collaborate with the Infrastructure department in the assignment of facilities for new services.

• Assist and actively participate in the data infrastructure documentation project.

• Participate in all activities that result from changes and improvements of the area.

• Participate in Acceptance Testing Procedure ensuring that the correct results are obtained and the continuity of the service between the delivery ports to our clients is guaranteed.

• Provide a visual representation of how all of the service parts are related and connected.

• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, instructions, and regulations of the company's systems, as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to Flo Networks and its subsidiaries.

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with network protocols and documentation processes.

• CCNA / JNCIA / CompTIA Network+ or similar preferred.

• WAN and LAN projects experience.

• Basic knowledge in configuration and design of IP data networks.

• Understanding of how networks work.

• Ability to read diagrams and basic configurations; ability to represent them in the documentation system.

• Ability to evaluate and test network equipment.
