Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global security strategies and policies to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
  • Provide security training and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security, law enforcement, or business.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in security management, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of security regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
