Job Summary

We are seeking a brilliant and innovative Pre-Sales Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our sales team, understanding and analyzing customer needs, and providing technical solutions and demonstrations to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical advisor to the sales team by providing expertise in our software development services and solutions.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs and requirements and provide technical solutions and demonstrations to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Keep up with industry trends in software development to ensure our solutions are competitive and relevant.
  • Participate in the definition of product and solution requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and persuasion.
  • The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of software development and the ability to assess the feasibility of developments and the scope of technologies at a high level.
  • Adaptability to different industries, clients, and projects.
  • Leadership skills to lead and coordinate the work of the development team.
Education and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, extensive technical knowledge in software development and product development, and experience in pre-sales and sales support. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Experience in a software development agency is a plus.
