Your Role at Baxter

We are seeking an experienced IT Identity Access Manager to join our Global Information Technology Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering user accounts, access privileges, and ensuring the secure management of our IAM system. Your expertise in identity and access management will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our systems and protecting sensitive information.

In this role, you will work closely with our IAM team to design, implement, and maintain our IAM system, ensuring seamless integration with our cloud technologies. Your hands-on technical expertise, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, business partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer user accounts and access privileges in our Centrify identity management system.
  • Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure secure management of user identities and access rights.
  • Design, implement, and maintain our IAM system, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in IAM projects and initiatives, driving innovation and process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for the IAM program, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to new users on the IAM system, promoting adoption and effective use.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to enhance our IAM capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a strong focus on IAM design, implementation, and integration.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Centrify platform, with a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in IAM design, implementation, integration, and deployment.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical degree required, with a preference for Computer Science, Math, or Engineering backgrounds.
