The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in advancing the strategic goals of Dura-Shiloh by providing expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development. This critical position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR principles, policies, and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the delivery of all HR activities and services, including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with plant management to ensure strategies are in place for employee engagement and retention
- Develop and implement training plans to assess and meet the needs of the workforce
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including orientation sessions and assimilation into the role
- Administer performance review and salary administration programs to ensure equity and compliance
- Investigate concerns and incidents, and develop corrective/preventive actions
- Represent the location at public functions and community events
- Write, deliver, and manage communications on HR-related matters
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor & Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
The Human Resources Manager may supervise HR Generalists, HR Administrators, and HR Assistants, depending on the workforce size and complexity of the assigned location.
