**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the delivery of all HR activities and services, including recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with plant management to ensure strategies are in place for employee engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement training plans to assess and meet the needs of the workforce
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, including orientation sessions and assimilation into the role
  • Administer performance review and salary administration programs to ensure equity and compliance
  • Investigate concerns and incidents, and develop corrective/preventive actions
  • Represent the location at public functions and community events
  • Write, deliver, and manage communications on HR-related matters

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor & Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
