As a Plant QHSE Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes. This includes participating in the implementation of cost-effective product/process capability for production connected to the zone(s) or APU concerned, for all types of customer and all types of scope.
You will also be responsible for the operational implementation of risk management actions on site, including participating in APU routines and daily APU meetings with the APU Manager and shopfloor team.
Additionally, you will lead quality activities within workshops, including participating in the development of new products (FMECA, PPQA reviews, Control equipment, etc.) in compliance with Smart DEV.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and other requirements in risk management and establishing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in the implementation of cost-effective product/process capability for production connected to the zone(s) or APU concerned, for all types of customer and all types of scope.
- Participating in the operational implementation of risk management actions on site.
- Leading quality activities within workshops, including participating in the development of new products (FMECA, PPQA reviews, Control equipment, etc.) in compliance with Smart DEV.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and other requirements in risk management and establishing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
This role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to work closely with the production team, as well as other departments within the company.
You will also be required to travel to different locations, as needed, to participate in quality and safety audits and inspections.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality and safety, with experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
