About This Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our team of Technical Support Specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our level 2 IT support team, ensuring that our internal customers receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and developing their skills, with a strong understanding of cutting-edge technologies and experience in providing support to diverse countries. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Spanish.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team, identifying and developing unique comparative advantages to create value in current roles and prepare for future growth;
  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a group of Technical Support Specialists in the day-to-day operations of providing level 2 IT support to internal customers from multiple businesses;
  • Monitor and manage group and individual performance to ensure the team efficiently addresses consumer issues and meets service level commitments;
  • Partner with service owners, team leaders, and peers across the globe to evaluate and improve consumer support processes and procedures;
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across supported business groups; and
  • Manage staffing to meet changing customer demands.
