Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing privacy policies and procedures, conducting privacy risk assessments and audits, creating and delivering privacy training programs, and managing data breach incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Privacy and Compliance:
    • Implementing privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Conducting privacy risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
    • Creating and delivering privacy training programs to educate employees on privacy best practices and legal requirements.
    • Managing data breach incidents by coordinating response efforts, conducting investigations, and ensuring timely notification to affected individuals and regulatory authorities.
  • Compliance Awareness:
    • Designing and creating training materials, modules, and courses that educate employees on various compliance topics such as ethics, anti-corruption, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conducting training needs assessments to identify the specific compliance training needs of different departments or job roles within the organization.
    • Delivering training sessions to employees, ensuring that the training sessions are engaging, interactive, and effectively communicate the compliance information.
    • Monitoring training completion and compliance, tracking and maintaining records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with training requirements.
  • Communications:
    • Developing the annual communications plan in coordination with the compliance team to address corporate compliance communications needs.
  • Compliance Services:
    • Leading the Mexico Compliance innovation strategy, supporting the team in identifying innovation opportunities, brainstorming, project planning, implementation, testing, upgrades, and maintenance of all digital assets.
    • Delivering technical support to the team to proactively solve any issue on the tools used by the team or any digital asset and coordinating additional support when needed.
    • Collaborating with Compliance Services (Canada) for consistency in progressing the Mexico Compliance innovation strategy.
    • Proposing new compliance innovations to enhance the existing Corporate Compliance programs.
    • Maintaining tracking and documentation for all innovation projects.
