Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Technician II to perform business support and technical work, utilizing data organizing and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to expand skills within an analytical or operational process, maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications, and apply experience and skills to complete assigned work.

Functional Knowledge

The Service Technician II will have an understanding of how best teams integrate and work together to achieve company goals, and will be able to impact a team by example through the quality service and information provided.
Leadership
The ideal candidate will have no supervisory responsibilities, but will be able to manage their own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem Solving
The Service Technician II will have the ability to problem solve, self-guided, and will be able to evaluate issues and solutions to provide the best outcome for the client and end-users.
Interpersonal Skills
The successful candidate will be able to exchange information and ideas effectively, and will be able to work with a moderate degree of supervision.
Responsibility Statements
- Monitor equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and report any malfunctions
- Ensure troubleshooting issues are identified and communicated
- Understand and follow Quality Control criteria and procedures
- Handle set up, installation, and readiness for operation of equipment
- Review all equipment components to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete all required documentation to keep a record of the equipment maintenance
- May need to operate a company vehicle in order to service remote devices
- Perform recommended preventative maintenance
- Assist and guide Level 1
- Occasionally perform all tasks from level 1
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
