Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and extract data from IT contracts to identify potential risks and renegotiation opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative systems to classify and extract contracting data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Procurement and Finance, to ensure data availability and analytics for compliance inquiries.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure accurate data sharing and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in automation and AI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or computer science.
- 2+ years of experience in contracting and compliance, preferably in the technology or software licensing industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex software licensing agreements and business practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
