We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Launch Operations Program Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics to identify gaps and create plans to mitigate and drive to closure.
- Define program requirements and use data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
- Cross-functional coordination and alignment between stakeholders.
- Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program.
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.
Requirements- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Spanish and English fluency (C1+).
- Experience in first mile operation.
- Solid understanding in operations and launching new processes.
- Experience tracking metrics to determine improvements and drive solutions.
