At Wexpand, we are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs that convey our brand message and engage our target audience across various digital and print platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Design Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions that support our marketing and communication objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality graphics for digital and print collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Provide design support for other departments as needed, including product design, packaging, and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in InDesign - Typography - Color Theory - Layout Design - Vector Graphic - Print Design

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $24,000 per month, plus benefits such as free parking and access to a cafeteria. We offer a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. If you have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, please submit your application. The selected candidate will be required to provide proof of their level of English proficiency.
