Project Manager - Site Supervision

At Ware Malcomb, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Site Supervision team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bidding and construction phase of projects, including distribution of bid packages, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and reviewing contractor bids.
  • Provide construction phase services, including construction management, in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Review contractor construction documents, daily and weekly reports, and lead weekly construction meetings.
  • Track the construction schedule and review estimate payments.
  • Coordinate inspections on site works, focusing on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in an architectural related program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial site supervision.
  • Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish in front of small to large groups of people.
