Job Title: IT Implementation Sr. Manager

At Humaniq Headhunters, we are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Sr. Manager to lead our team in delivering complex IT projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, assembling project teams, and developing project budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master capabilities of systems to determine how business requirements are fulfilled
  • Encourage, motivate, and develop technical/soft skills of team members to deliver IT projects
  • Conduct process/system design sessions to fulfill business requirements
  • Manage vendors and external partners during project delivery
  • Develop project plans, coordinate, and follow up project teams during design, test, and go-live phases
  • Assume the role of IT POC for external customers during implementations, new requests, and high-priority issues
  • Provide proactive and assertive internal/external visibility during projects and escalate when necessary
  • Develop operations resources as system Super Users to ensure technology is adopted and used as designed
  • Develop partnerships with other staff and operational areas in the company for successful project completion
  • Understand business requirements, design, and implement sustainable solutions using technology and/or process improvement
  • Manage project pipelines for different IT components in the company's portfolio
  • Establish productive business relationships with customers, business partners, and vendors
  • Conceptualize solutions across multiple applications and/or platforms
  • Design project work plans
  • Use project administration processes, including project initiation, labor tracking, status reporting, and project capital/expense tracking
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and external partners during project delivery
  • Complete and/or coordinate the completion of all project components to meet customer satisfaction
  • Ensure overall project success
  • Coordinate, communicate, and develop detailed requirements in conjunction with the business
  • Assess project risks and develop proactive plans to mitigate impact
  • Apply system development methodologies for customizations and application implementation
  • Provide direction, training, and decision support to project staff
  • Leverage the competencies of project associates to enhance project quality and accelerate results
  • Recognize and manage staff diversity, performance, and/or personality conflicts
  • Assist others in the completion of assignments through knowledge sharing
  • Apply understanding/knowledge of IT infrastructure components, such as networks, platforms, and operating systems
  • Deliver with little day-to-day supervision from the IT Executive team
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects using the IT portfolio
  • Research trends and new technologies on the market to evaluate and develop business cases if applicable in the company
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject
  • Experience of 6-10 years designing and implementing Warehouse Management Systems for complex operations
  • Experience managing technical/operations teams through project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Agile, etc.) during systems implementation and process improvement projects covering Warehouse Management Systems, System Integration, RF Equipment, Reporting/Labels, Order Management Systems, ERP, Business Intelligence, Labor Management Systems, and Billing Management Systems
  • Experience leading technical/operations teams through project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Agile, etc.) during systems implementation and process improvement projects covering Order Management Systems, ERP, Business Intelligence, Labor Management Systems, and Billing Management Systems
  • Experience leading/implementing projects with complex integration between systems, managing integration lifecycle, communication methods (AS2, FTP, API), and file types (ANSI x12, XML, txt, iDoc, etc.)
  • Professional project or program management experience during system design, development, or integration projects
  • Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justification, etc.
  • Experience in the use of project management software
