As an Advanced Warranty Claim Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient service when dealing with warranty claims.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as an Advanced Warranty Claim Specialist.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Administration of the warranty portal, including qualification, monitoring, validation, and rejection of claims.
  • Creation of technical reports on warranty claims and issuance reports for SMC (FTIR).
  • Administration of the DCS technical portal, Technical Bulletins, Service Manuals, and Technical information on new MC technologies.
  • Development of training materials for new technologies and OBM models.
  • Delivery of virtual and face-to-face technical and administrative training at Dealer facilities.
  • Evaluation and certification of technicians SSQS through face-to-face evaluations.
  • Field visits to Dealers for service activities, including PROFECO topics, customer complaints, and customer service.
  • Handling of Dealer and Final Customer complaints via electronic, telephone, and face-to-face communication.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• 2 years of experience in after-sales and/or customer service, with knowledge of basic mechanics of internal combustion engines and maintenance.

• Fluency in English (50%).

**Estimated Salary:** $22,500 per month.
