We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with other team members to create new artwork, leveraging your exceptional visual taste and strategic thinking to establish credibility and influence audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Contribute to creative meetings and brainstorm ideas.

• Develop engaging and effective designs for various formats.

• Support the team in executing campaigns and projects.

• Understand project requirements and ideas.

• Request specifications and concrete examples.

• Contribute or lead small projects.

• Work efficiently under urgency and time management.

• Be self-sufficient to carry out a large part of your tasks.

• Collaborate seamlessly with individual and team requirements.

• Be a good listener and communicator.

• Adapt to changing requirements.

**Requirements**:

• +3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop at an advanced level.

• Practical experience in graphic production for RRSS, mailing, print production, infographics, typographic arrangement, photo retouching, assemblies, and construction of mock-ups.

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects at an intermediate level for animations and videos for RRSS.

• A plus if you have knowledge on web design.

• Indispensable to have a portfolio that demonstrates your knowledge, either online or in PDF, that you can share with us.

• Excellent communication skills to help create artwork and generate ideas for design concepts.

• A good eye for aesthetics and detail without neglecting the function and purpose of the art.

• A team player with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
