We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at Listentrust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare detailed financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage internal controls to mitigate financial risks and maintain a strong financial position.

• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by leading and developing a high-performing finance team.

• Engage with stakeholders to align financial goals with company objectives and report on financial performance.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA highly preferred.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.

• Experience in leadership roles with strong managerial capabilities.

• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.

**Compensation:**

$35,000.00 per month
