  • As a valued member of the JD Sports team, your primary focus will be to ensure that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience during their visit. You will play a crucial role in enhancing store profitability by surpassing sales objectives and effectively utilizing in-store technology, while also contributing to a cohesive team environment.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Leverage in-store technology to present the complete range of products to customers.
  • Proactively suggest alternatives and additional items to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Guarantee that all customers receive outstanding service upon entering the store.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Customer Service evaluation process.
  • Be prepared to assist in various departments or take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Represent JD Sports with professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct your duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales advisory role is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages is preferred.
  • Availability to work during weekends is essential.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
