Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Solutions Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive customer acquisition campaigns in Latin American markets. You will own sales targets for Smart Retail in scope, define and execute sales strategies, and lead, motivate, and coordinate with regional sales and worldwide teams to pursue Smart Retail solution business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns in Latin American markets
  • Own sales targets for Smart Retail in scope
  • Define and execute sales strategies
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate with regional sales and worldwide teams
  • Identify how Smart Retail products/solutions may bring value to clients in relevant sectors
  • Review and guide Smart Retail business management and review systems
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Retail Solutions Sales Experience
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, and polished presentation skills
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
  • Understanding of industry trends, priorities, challenges, and market opportunities
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English
