Job Overview
Ecolab is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and optimization of supply chain processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Our Global Supply Chain is a network of over 300 manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other facilities designed to support our direct sales, marketing, and distribution activities.

The Role
You will optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial goals, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and implement improvements. Your expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and manufacturing will drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coach the Planning and/or Scheduling team at a manufacturing facility
- Provide input to the creation of a strategic roadmap and execute it
- Optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial goals
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Ensure adequate coverage of the department and backup coverage

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field of study
- 5 years of experience in Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, with experience leading and/or developing others
- Proficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system, or equivalent
- Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical or business degree
- Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
- APICS Certification
- Direct people management experience
