We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technical or engineering programs, developing business cases, and realizing customer benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support cloud adoption plans, working with customers and various AWS teams to create executable plans and realize customer vision and strategy.
- Accelerate customer cloud adoption journeys and maximize customer value by defining key milestones, removing blockers, and implementing processes to accelerate workload migrations.
- Develop and implement scalable standard mechanisms, methodologies, and tools that will be highly valued by the customer.
- Collaborate with internal AWS teams to drive and support product and organizational development within AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
