Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our Integrated Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of supply and meeting the operational needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive bids to secure the best possible prices for goods and services.
  • Drive the procurement process for over 25 vendors, managing around 550-part numbers across the USA, Mexico, and Asia.
  • Implement and sustain Process Flow Efficiency Programs (PFEP) and lead Inventory management projects to optimize our supply chain operations.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with strategic procurement requirements.
  • Enable the achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets on critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time-To-Replenish (OTTR), Past Due, Inventory, 3PL cost, and freight cost.
  • Coordinate purchasing, production, and engineering activities as part of daily and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, Production planning, and/or Materials Planning.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work self-directed and with others.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
  • Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced MS Excel knowledge, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Kinaxis is a plus.
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Buyer or Sourcing.
  • Working knowledge of purchasing systems and methodologies.
  • Six sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • High data analysis skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
