Job Summary:
Huaqin Technology Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the Mexico factory. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the engineering team, organizing RFQ responses, and communicating with North American teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the engineering team for the Mexico factory, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality products.
- Organize and coordinate RFQ responses for customers, working closely with the North American teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Implement and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring smooth product launches and minimal disruptions to production.
- Provide on-site production technical support and maintenance, ensuring that equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
- Lead Lean production activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in automotive electronics factory management, with a strong background in engineering and production.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Undergraduate degree or higher education in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Familiarity with NPI, equipment management, and logistics management, with experience in implementing and managing these processes.
- Familiarity with SMT, assembly, and testing processes for automotive electronics, with experience in leading and managing production teams.
