We're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of process engineering, industrial engineering, and manufacturing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes, making recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Supervise process operations, ensuring all work is performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards.
- Supervise manufacturing services, order processing, and coordinate order and engineering changes.
- Lead the evaluation and execution of Capital Plan, capacity expansion, NPIs, and equipment renovations.
- Prepare and implement the budget for tooling, equipment, and services.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Engineer-to-Order manufacturing process.
- Thorough understanding of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field.
- Minimum 3+ years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager or similar experience.
