Your future role

Embrace a new opportunity to leverage your extensive Mechanical Engineering knowledge in an innovative sector. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, playing a crucial role in overseeing the calculation discipline and ensuring that all tasks and outputs align with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. On a daily basis, you will engage closely with various departments (including Sourcing, Industrialization, and Manufacturing) to plan and execute Mechanical calculation activities, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and directing Mechanical calculation activities and associated outputs for projects, adhering to relevant guidelines and specific customer requirements.
  • Guaranteeing the quality of Mechanical calculation outputs and their acceptance by customers within agreed timelines.
  • Implementing calculation methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Supervising Finite Element Analysis (FEA) engineers within the calculation discipline for projects.
  • Developing FEA validation plans.

About You:

We prioritize enthusiasm and a positive attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, the following qualifications will support your success and growth in this position:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally related to Railway products, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with managing calculation disciplines and ensuring compliance with QCD commitments.
  • Proficient in CATIA software.
  • Knowledgeable in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Proficient in English for reading, writing, and participating in technical discussions.
