About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Grid Technologies Business Unit in Queretaro, Mexico, as we expand our capabilities and presence in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising electrical projects, collaborating with national and international teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Implementing electrical and mechanical drawings for commissioning and maintenance of electrical substations, ensuring adherence to factory standards.
  • Leading subcontracted personnel in assembling electrical substations according to precise drawings.
  • Maintaining high-quality installation and commissioning processes.
  • Preparing weekly technical reports and service completion reports.
  • Taking ownership of assembly and testing equipment.
  • Fostering compliance with EHS, Quality protocols, policies, and coordinated management system proficiencies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with advanced knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability for extended stays (4 months max.) nationally and internationally.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.
