Resideo seeks a skilled Procurement Specialist to ensure continuity of supply by purchasing raw materials of high quality and timely delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring parts to meet production requirements and executing tactical purchasing activities in accordance with defined contracts and terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on customer needs by sourcing goods that meet quality and delivery standards.
  • Review and monitor purchase requisitions to ensure effective procurement practices.
  • Manage supplier communication to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with strategic procurement policies.
  • Apply project management skills to optimize procurement processes and safety stock programs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of procurement experience or related roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience in searching for alternate components.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and fluent conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
