About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Professional to join our team at Amdocs. As a PMO Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by providing formal, centralized project control and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and supervise holistic program/project plans, covering all aspects of the program, including deployment, give and get, etc.
  • Project Governance: Ensure that projects are planned accurately, that task owners are identified accurately, and that work is executed and aligned with the charter to meet critical metrics and planned results.
  • Risk Management: Identify and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans.
  • Program Governance: Support program and project governance by performing project audits and reviews, extracting lessons-learned, and preparing risk management reports and statuses.
  • Process Improvement: Deploy effective and auditable methods for areas under the Project Management Office's responsibility and implement project management tools and standard methodologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience working with project methodology and management, PMO processes (e.g. scheduling, budget management), and software development lifecycles (Agile).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a team, and connect with various levels.
  • Desirable: Experience working as a PMO in a software/IT/Telco organization.
