About the Role

We are Solnova, a leading Photovoltaic Company, seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead a culture transformation of our human capital, aligning with our business needs and enhancing performance. This strategic role will report directly to the CEO and collaborate as a key partner to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive Human Capital initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and team engagement activities.
  • Establish and analyze key HR metrics, providing leadership support to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Drive a culture focused on living our company values.
  • Lead the establishment and implementation of human resource and organizational development practices and programs to maximize talent contribution and secure employee well-being.
  • Implement communication plans and activities to ensure business objectives, plans, budgets, and performance are effectively communicated to maximize individual and collective contributions.
  • Establish and continually review the organization size and structure, identify manpower requirements, and ensure the business unit has the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Implement the Company talent review process and establish activities to develop the leadership and talent pool required to deliver business results.
  • Implement and/or improve the company compensation and benefits framework to motivate employees to deliver performance required to meet business unit objectives.
  • Review pre-payroll and ensure compliance with employment legislative frameworks in Mexico.
  • Develop a robust employee on-boarding program and build a high-performing team working culture that recognizes and rewards excellence and encourages performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR Leadership role.
  • Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and performance management.
  • A business partner mentality.
  • Language proficiency in English and Spanish.

Compensation

$28,000.00 per month
