Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring seamless coordination between demand and supply planning, customer care, logistics, and project management activities.
Function ManagementLead and mentor supply chain staff, manage day-to-day interactions between customer service, planning, and transportation departments, and resolve complex customer issues through investigation, coordination, and prompt solution-finding.
Inventory Management and OptimizationExecute inventory management strategies to optimize cost-effective transportation, streamline lead times, and adhere to best practices for enhanced efficiency.
People Management and DevelopmentOversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the local supply chain team, validate related results, and work with regional leadership and HR business partners to recruit and develop local talent.
Requirements- Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline. MBA or Master's Degree in a technical field is preferred.
Language SkillsFluency in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
Professional Experience7 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with strong background in supply chain management and/or materials management, including exposure to organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, systems implementations, and enterprise risk management.
Technical SkillsGood knowledge of transportation supplier landscape and international trade, knowledge of local and international material/product safety/security norms and regulations, and knowledge of supply chain dependencies and processes.
