We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Safran. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing information technology and systems (IT-IS) projects from definition to closure, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT-IS projects, assigning roles and responsibilities, and establishing objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, reporting on project status, progress, and risks, and managing expectations and scope changes.
- Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise during the project, applying project management methodologies and tools.
- Evaluate project performance and results, monitoring and controlling quality, time, and cost indicators.
- Provide added value to the project, identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and optimization of processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related areas.
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or IT-IS project manager, with increasing and demonstrable responsibility.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMBOK, SCRUM, MS Project, JIRA, etc.
- Technical knowledge of information technologies and systems, such as networks, databases, software, hardware, security, etc.
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
- Personal skills: leadership, communication, teamwork, customer orientation, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organization, adaptability, and flexibility.
