Job Description

We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance team based in Tetla, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electromechanical equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance.">
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of parts as needed, following established procedures and guidelines.">
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets required standards.">
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and inventory management.">
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.">
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.">
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.">
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.">
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical diagrams.">
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English.">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.">
