Job Overview

">

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team based in Tetla/Tlaxcala - México. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for designing appropriate IT/Digital solutions to meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Responsible for the level of IT coverage of business processes exploiting the best of the current solutions for all the country (SAP will be extended to other Mexican plants)">
  • SAP is the main tool, but the Business Analyst will be responsible to identify other complementary IT solutions and support its implementation and maintenance.">
  • Responsible for the analysis and the specification of the changes needed (new business or technological requirements) and guarantee the expected results.">
  • Interacts with his peers at local and regional level to propose solutions and promote best practices adoption.">
  • Responsible for the software life cycle management (request, specification, development, test, go-live and maintenance) for all solutions under his responsibility.">
  • May act as Project Manager for small to medium size projects.">
    • ">
    • Provide first and second level support for end-users, key-users, process owners and business leaders.">
    • Work as an advisor and tutor for users stimulating business process improvements.">
    • Work in local or multi country project teams interacting with other colleagues, consultants and vendors to perform project tasks.">
    • Interacts with IT Operations and Infrastructure (at local, regional and corporate level) to guarantee availability of the systems and compliance with company standards.">

      • Service level to users (trouble ticketing tool metrics)">
      • On time reply to inquiries from users/IT peers">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • ">
  • Strong knowledge on Business processes on the scope of his work, preferably on Manufacturing Industry segment">
  • Business process modelling and system documentation techniques">
  • General knowledge about project and resources management">
    • ">
    • At least 3 years' experience working with SAP">
    • Good level of experience in SD/MM. It may be difficult to have a specialist in all modules, so should be strong in at least 2 modules and have a good overview in the others">
    • Desirable technical Knowledge SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4">
    • Desirable technical knowledge C# Programing">
    • General understanding on SAP modules including PP and BW">
      • ">
      • Research and self-study attitude">
      • Forward thinking and strategic planning">
      • Good written and oral communication skills">

Benefits and Compensation

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
