About the Role:- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value outcomes, leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics, Launch, Target, Optimizely, and Content Square.
- Foster a high-performance team environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably on the data, analytics, and/or experimentation side.
- Strong leadership skills, guiding teams towards data-driven decision making.
- Able to collaborate with engineering teams, driving execution across various areas.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics/ADP (Launch), Adobe Target, Optimizely, Content Square, and GCP.
The ideal candidate will possess strong ITSM skills, including problem and release management. They should be able to author key processes and emphasize documentation. An estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
