Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Purchasing Specialist - Sales Operations to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring strategic partnerships with various areas, and supporting the sales team to drive sales activities across the entire sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing Process Management: Oversee pre-sales organization, including agenda, showroom, catering, and models. Ensure accurate price lists and sales materials. Follow up on purchases, cancellations, volume increases, and minimum order quantities (MOQ).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with other areas to guarantee a successful end-to-end process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales Performance and Inventory Management: Analyze sell-out and sell-in performance. Forecast demand to ensure sufficient stock. Identify overstock items and manage monthly purchases and replenishments. Monitor wholesale inventory levels and direct shipments. Optimize redistribution and inbound visibility.
  • OOH Management and Trade Terms: Ensure timely and accurate OOH visibility. Manage trade terms and guardian responsibilities to maintain seamless business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Analytical and Strategic Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, develop strategies, and implement plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • KPIs and Microsoft Office: Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
  • Resilience and Results-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results-driven outcomes.
