We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Bonbloc. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department, providing support to employees, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, and performance management, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management, including quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related field.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, including labor laws and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving, with a results-driven approach.
  • Desire to work as a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or a relevant field, with additional HR training a plus.
