Our asset-light acquisition strategy, paired with a superior risk model based on computer vision and natural language processing, enables us to offer the lowest interest rates available to today's underserved.
What You'll DoWe've already established a solid automation foundation using tools like Pants for reproducible builds, DVC for reproducible experiments, and GitHub Actions for automated deployments to Kubernetes (managed through TrueFoundry). However, as we continue to grow rapidly, we need someone to take our DevOps capabilities to the next level. This means improving observability, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, implementing comprehensive testing strategies, and automating training runs. You'll work closely with our ML engineers to ensure they have the tools and support they need to focus on creating high-quality models.
Your Role- Develop self-service tools or create new ones to streamline our workflow.
- Introduce best practices to the team and ensure we're following industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support when the team encounters complex issues.
- Collaborate with data engineers on projects like feature store deployment.
- (Optional) Take on some ML-related tasks to gain a deeper understanding of our workflow and challenges.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to our fast-paced environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps and/or MLOps.
- Strong understanding of Git, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Open Telemetry.
- Proficiency in Python.
