We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring that all production and quality programs are executed and complied with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate all plant functions to ensure quality is met
- Ensure execution and compliance with production and quality programs
